5. Third-Party Provision

However, this does not apply in the following cases where it is necessary to provide to third parties (including those outside Japan):

When this site is requested by a user to (1) correct the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because it is not factual, or (2) suspend the use of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use that has been made public in advance, or because it was collected through deception or other wrongful means, after confirming that the request is from the user themselves, this site will conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. 4. When using the Service, if a user wishes to delete content that utilized the OpenAI API, this site will respond within a reasonable scope, but does not guarantee complete deletion of data temporarily stored based on OpenAI's data storage policy.

9. Procedure for Changing the Privacy Policy
